This vision led to the creation of High Road Leaders, a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating leaders worth following. At HRL, our team of experienced coaches, trainers, and speakers works tirelessly to empower individuals and organizations through growth, connection, and transformation. Drawing on my experience as a children and family pastor and an insurance brokerage owner, I’ve seen firsthand how strong connections foster both health and success. Connections challenge us, support us, and inspire us to grow. That understanding is at the heart of everything we do at HRL, as we help leaders and teams strengthen their networks, enhance collaboration, and achieve their full potential. Raised on the Canadian prairies, I’ve had the privilege of traveling from coast to coast across Canada and visiting over half of the U.S. states as well as several countries abroad. Along the way, I’ve been enriched by the incredible people I’ve met and the stories they’ve shared. These experiences fuel my passion for building bridges between individuals and communities. As Executive Connector, my mission is to create opportunities for people to meet and form relationships that matter, shaping a brighter, more unified future for all.
