Beyond Success Round Tables are small, intentional gatherings where 6–8 people come together to grow in both life and leadership. Hosted in a safe, open, and authentic environment, participants engage in meaningful discussions around core values that shape true success—not just in business, but in everyday living.

Each of the six sessions runs for 60 minutes and focuses on one key success principle. Guided by a trained facilitator, participants explore what that principle looks like in real life, how it influences their relationships, decisions, and personal growth, and how they can apply it more intentionally.

Every session includes:

• Teaching from Dr. John C. Maxwell, one of the world’s foremost leadership experts.

• Insightful reflection, helping participants identify how each principle is currently showing up in their life.

• Practical application, with each person choosing a small, meaningful action that turns learning into living.

Beyond Success Tables help people grow in character, deepen connection, and develop habits that create long-term personal and professional impact. It’s not a class—it’s a transformational experience built on conversation, honesty, and shared growth.
